This is genuine Matelassé construction, “Ashley Nicole” in color combination: “Cornflower”. The expensive Matelassé method is basically 2 layers of fabric that interlock. This allows the layers to gently pucker and puff for a subtle quilted effect. Fiber Content is unknown; however, there is a pleasant cottony hand and look. There is a soft-wash finish.
